Mercury, Vaccines & Autism

My son has an ASD. Asperger's to be direct. His sensory issues immedietly got worse after receiving his 5 yo school shots. No surprise there...

I have been reading again, on all this & found this article in the Washington Post. ( I had taken a break from it all, because of the 'guilt' & overload of information available)

It is a speaking of a direct link to the Amish & Autism. The Amish people DO NOT vaccinate their children & it is 1 in 15,000 that get an Autism Spectrum Disorder in their community.

In non-Amish population, the rates, are much, much higher!
1 in 150, they say!!!!!

Here is a quote from the article speaking of Environmental Mercury. (Mercury is STILL in vaccines & in our environment, no matter how much the gov't would like that to NOT be true!!)

"Environmental mercury is horrible," he said, "and I think that's where it's coming from. To me, people
with autism are the canaries in the coal mine. A lot of them are reflecting the damage from all of that."

..."the first child diagnosed with autism in the United States was born in 1931, the same year
thimerosal was first used in a vaccine. And autism diagnoses exploded in the 1990s, the same decade
children got an increasing number of thimerosal-containing vaccines."

WOW!
I have read many more articles, watched much news programs, seen parents' testimonies online & have been objective. I have seen the damage for myself. I am not against vaccinations, just wanting to see some change in the schedule of them. In 1990, infants received only 10 shots up till they were 18 months.... NOW, it is 36!!!!!! Their little bodies should not be receiving the same dosage of vaccinations as an adult! Do the math, it does not add up!!

It is an outrage to be putting that much medicine, chemicals, including anti-freeze, monkey albumin, animal fetal cells, etc. in our children without informed consent!!

Wow. Those statistics are staggering. :-( If I had it to do all over again, with my kids, I would definitely spend more time reading about vaccines and making informed decisions about which ones are necessary. Thanks for challenging me to think.

Oh, and I totally relate to the problem with information overload and guilt. Been there, done that over and over and over. PLEASE don't give into the guilt. You are an awesome mom, raising your kids with a terrific balance of love, faith, humor and learning.
